All of our products are handmade, so some products require extra time to make. Processing time is listed on each product page.

Most of our products are offered with free worldwide shipping. Delivery time: 15-35 days.

We offer an expedited shipping option. Delivery time: 10-14 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

It is our duty and task to ensure that the product that you saw and purchased on our website exactly matches the product you received. To prevent damage to the product during transportation, we take care of reliable packaging:

• we check the operation and serviceability of the goods immediately before packing
• we use only durable five-layer corrugated board
• we select the size and shape of the box individually for each product
• we do not skimp on wrapping material
• we carefully pack and hand over the goods personally into the hands of a courier
• fragile items receive a sticker warning that there is a fragile item inside the box
